  I placed my order went to the pickup and was waiting for the order. A nice gentlemen asked if I ordered an egg with my order. I said yes. He told me that it had fallen on the floor. The preparer picked it up and proceeded to finish my order with the same egg. We both told her to throw it away a couple of times. She placed it on another side of the counter.Another associate helped her processed my order. We never saw her throw the fallen egg in the garbage. Never again. ...

  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had - first the register attendant had a five minute conversation with his friends at the restaurant while making the line wait then the server was not wearing gloves with very hairy arms I asked him to put on gloves and he became extremely agitated then the same attendant named Anil, who is extremely rude and aggressive as he will try to intimidate you because he is much bigger than you, made an iced latte instead of hot latte like I asked and also drink with no gloves wiping the coffee off the top with his hands. He refused a refund or to remake the drink. Be very careful of Anil and this establishment!!!
